Differential lock
When the lock is engaged, the differential is blocked by means of mechanical intervention to couple both wheels on the driven axle. The power is directed to the wheel with the better traction. The wheel with little or no traction will then spin just as fast as the wheel with traction. When the mechanical differential lock is switched on, the ESP functions are severely restricted.

The cruise control system automatically adjusts the torque so that the vehicle maintains the speed pre-set by the driver to the extent possible. The set or limited speed can be saved via the corresponding operating lever. The stored speed setting is displayed in the instrument cluster.

of the traffic situation behind the vehicle, as well as areas that the driver otherwise cannot see.
The image is output via the screen of the radio from "Media Van Advanced".
Hill start/descent assist
With the hill descent assist (only available for 4x4 models), the engine management ensures safe and controlled hill descents during off-road journeys by reducing the engine speed and, if necessary, through brake interventions. When driving downhill, a relatively slow and safe downhill speed is automatically set electronically via the engine management.

8FD - 2nd battery with cutoff relay
A second battery (wet-cell battery) with 95 Ah/450 A is installed in the engine compartment. The second battery is used to supply power to retrofitted consumers. The cut-off relay disconnects the consumers of the second battery and the second battery from the starter battery when the engine is not running.
Main battery switch
The main battery switch is installed in the footwell on the right, next to the accelerator. The main battery switch can be used to interrupt the ground connection between the battery (primary battery) and the body.
When the connector has been unlocked and removed from the ground pin, all electrical consumers are disconnected from the electric circuit.
IS1 - Terminal block
The customer-specific function control units and electrical terminal blocks are used as an interface between the Terrastorm and the conversions for which an additional electrical power supply or controller is required. The electrical terminal block provides simplified electrical connection for retrofitted consumers.

This equipment includes the freely programmable function control unit 1, positioned behind the glove compartment, and an electrical terminal block installed at the bottom right behind the A-pillar panelling.
